Billing & usage
Splyntra Cloud handles subscriptions through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record — Paddle is the seller of record, managing payment, tax, and invoicing on Splyntra's behalf.
Checkout, portal, and plan changes
All subscription actions run through Paddle:
- Checkout — start a paid subscription for an organization.
- Billing portal — manage payment method and view invoices.
- Change plan — upgrade or downgrade between plans.
A paid plan takes effect for an organization only after the billing webhook confirms the change; every new org begins on the Free plan. See Plans & pricing for what each plan includes.
Usage & Limits
The Usage & Limits screen shows current consumption against your plan, so you can see where you stand before hitting a limit:
- Events used this month vs. the plan's monthly event allowance.
- Projects vs. the project limit.
- Seats vs. the per-org seat cap.
- Organizations owned vs. the owned-org limit.
- Retention window for your plan.
Because limits are enforced server-side, this screen reflects the same numbers used to gate requests.
Data residency
Each organization has a data region, so you can control where your data resides.
